3D Anatomical Human Summer School 2010
The 3DAH Summer School 2010 has been a great success! Many thanks to all participants and invited speakers. Check out the summary here with photos!
The 3D Anatomical Human is pleased to organize a new summer school that will take place in Chania, Crete, Greece.
This International 3DAH summer school wishes to establish a scientific forum for exchanging and disseminating novel ideas from a wide range of disciplines (computer graphics, biomechanics, knowledge representation, etc.) associated with medical imaging, medical simulation, computer assisted surgery and 3D semantics.
This summer school invites Postdocs/PhD candidates/MS students to submit extended abstracts presenting a problem statement and a methodological approach with an expected contribution to the topics of the 3D Physiological Human. This summer school provides the opportunity to PhD candidates/MSD students to situate themselves within their academic field and to benefit from the expertise of keynote lectures, while enjoying the wonders of Crete.
Authors of accepted extended abstracts will be invited to give a presentation at the summer school. Based on the quality of the abstract and the presentation, a panel of experts will decide whether or not the presented work will be invited to a submission of a full paper for a special issue of “The Visual Computer” journal published by Springer Verlag.
